We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from ENZO KAY. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns at ANY TIME after purchase if the following conditions are met:
– All items must be unworn.
– All Items must be in their original packaging.
– For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.
– Items can only be exchanged or returned for a refund in the country in which they were purchased.
For any return, the customer must pay the shipping fees.
Please join a note explaining the situation or the reason why you are shipping it back to us. Please mail it to us via shipping low cost (preferably in a smaller enveloppe)
You must put the order in a different and safe envelope.
All exchanges must be done within 30 days, once the customer received the confirmation of the shipment via e-mail.
ALL returns must be unworn. ALL sale and/or discounted items are final.
If you ship back an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.
